Starting point
A pergola is expensive and made to measure, so before enquiring the customer wants to see what it will look like and what it will cost. A plain form tells them nothing, and the company puts the quote together by hand, often days later.
What we did
- 3D configurator on the company's website: dimensions, roof type, side panels, colours and LED lighting
- The price updates with every choice, using the company's own prices (the price list can be pasted from Excel)
- An interactive quote with the company's branding, a 3D view and a PDF in seconds
- A buyer score from 0 to 100 and automatic reminders when a customer does not reply
- A dashboard for enquiries, quotes and installations, plus an app for installers in the field
- Companies can upload their own 3D model of their pergola
